All was okay, just the only downfall was that we were always (anytime of the day) hearing the sound of running water through the wall, which we assumed, it was from the pipes or next door's bathroom. Location is great... Metro just round the corner, Teatro Brancaccio less than 5 minutes away and in just a few metres away, there's a very good restaurant with typical food, atmosphere and building.

The communication between the owner and me was great. The room was as described. The location was perfect. It was a 20-minutes walk from the Colosseum.

Room was very big and spotless! Finding it was a problem though as it's not a typical hotel entrance but a big wooden electric gate! Even the local sandwich shop didn't know where it was and it was opposite his shop! Luckily we bumped into the staff member outside the gate! Lots of memorabilia in the apartment entrance like old school phones and signs! Really cool!

Helpful staff. We arrived around 09:00 and left our luggages and backpacks. Then return to inn around 21:00 and complete check-up and gone to sleep. Room and bathroom was very clean and good smelling. Wifi was fast. Next door to exit, there is a Penny market that you can buy many kinds of food, drink, and more stuff..Appx. 20 mins walk to Colesseum and 30 mins walk to Trevi and you can do wonderful sightseen while walking there. For Vatican visit, 1 min walk to Vittorio Emanuele metro station then you can be there in 15 mins approx.

Much better than expected and ended up being one of our favourite stays. At first glance, we weren't sure what to expect but staff were beyond helpful, most comfortable and soundest sleeps we've ever had on holiday, clean, shower is gorgeous and so close to everything you could want. A truly unexpected 10/10!

The room is not huge but you get what you need into 2 rooms. Literally everything was available for use. The guy taking care of us was super nice and gentle. Above all the room was super clean and smells nice.

Perfect location, 10 minutes to Colosseo. Comfortable beds, very nice bath. The rooms are climatized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are different food shops, pastry shops, and landmarks nearby.

We had a lovely stay. Very good sized room with a big bed. Room was warm when the heating was on and we didn’t feel cold. Wardrobe had hangers which was helpful. Fridge, water and glasses all provided which was great. The en-suite bathroom is little but modern. We had access to an iron and noticed that there was a microwave and coffee making facilities in the hallway. It is less of a hotel, but a corridor with 4 rooms as part of a large residential building. Staff were lovely and friendly. We will definitely return. Location is perfect. 15 mins walking to the colosseum.
