I really liked the ambiance - the view was great. You are right in the heart of historic Rome. The staff were very friendly. I loved being minutes away on foot from all the sights that were high on my list of “must sees”. I also liked going down to the bar for breakfast - great coffee - and a chance to be with the locals.

Great central location, very convenient for all the major sights. Italian breakfast included (in cafe a couple of doors down), clean apartment. Lift access. AC in both bedroom and dining space. Deliveroo is available. Wi fi available (although not throughout apartment). Owners are welcoming and available via WhatsApp if needed.

The Flat is really in Downtown Rome. Next to Piazza Venezia. Only a couple of steps to the major sights of the historical city. Flat is divided into two single apartments (2/3 persons). We use both for family of five. Breakfast typically Italian in a Bar next to the flat.

We loved the location, you can really use it as a base to explore and also come back to quickly if you need a rest. The views from the property were great and the cleanliness and engagement from the property was all first class

Lovely apartment, top story looking out at the city with a great view. Room was really nice size, and a lovely big bedroom as well. Air Conditioning was brilliant, as some can be hit or miss, walking into the room after the heat outside was so nice !! Location was spot on, with everything in walking distance if you wanted. Owners we're lovely, and the breakfast which was in a little cafe down the road was great too !

The location of the hotel was great. We could walk everywhere in 15-20 minutes. Since the b&b is right in the square, you can go anywhere you want with the buses leaving right in front of it. The view was very beautiful. the rooms were spacious and clean

Couldn't ask for a better location. Great coffee shop downstairs, and forum just a 3 minute walk away. The only downside to the location would be the police and ambulance sirens going off late into the night. Ear plugs provided tho. The apartment is large though, which is not common place in rome.
