Good air conditioning. Very accurate description. Friendly staff. Nice property. Nice to be able to use the communal terrace. Little communal area to make coffee with a microwave. Room cleaned every day! Earplugs worked a treat with the tram that went directly outside our window. You couldn’t hear it with the ear plugs but you could feel it vibrate while in bed haha. Felt very safe in the neighbourhood despite seeing lots of posts about feeling unsafe. The location was good for us. Much better alternative if you are on a budget as the restaurants in the area reflect that in their prices. 20-30 minute walk into the centre of Rome which we did every day. We walked everywhere and got the metro to the Vatican.

The staff was really friendly all the time! Before our arrival, they answered all the emails very quickly and properly. During our stay, they helped us on all occasions and informed us properly via all possible channels (email, WhatsApp) about check-out times etc. The staff informed us about the street noise and the tram in the first email. Because of the flight cancellation, we needed an extra night. The staff immediately informed us of the possibility of staying in the Manin Suites, which are located in the same building. They even took our luggage to the room while we were exploring Rome. We were really, really happy... thank you!

Everything was amazing. The room was huge, it was clean and elegant. Also, transportation is really easy, only 3-5 minutes of walking from the train station. I'm also amazed by the terrace view.

The decor was light colours so the room felt light and bright. The property had a private outside terrace - a rare find in Rome!

Very helpful and responsive staff, easy after hours check in. Great central location close to the Termini train station. Clean and comfortable with all the required amenities plus the bonus of a beautiful terrace.

Fantastic location,,easy to find close to Termini Station. Was ideal for a one night stay. Charming old style elevator to help with bags,friendly reception. Beds were comfortable Terrace was cute Noise did not bother us in anyway despite being a busy area

Very close to Termini station if catching the train. For the center of Rome on a major street, the room was very quiet as it faced the courtyard. Everything was clean.
