We had a lovely stay during May and were made to feel very welcome. Staff were lovely especially Lilianna she helped to suggest great authentic places to eat and also helped us when we left something in our room on departure. The bath tub was a lovely touch at the end of the day to sit and relax in. Breakfast was arranged with us each day to our convenience and was a lovely little spread. The location is good very close to termini station but also if you like the exercise is walkable to all the attractions.

Incredibly clean, hospitality was excellent, self check in was easy and very organised, AC was great and not too noisy, bathroom good size as was the main room which had the spa bath in. Beautifully smelling toiletries with slippers in the bathroom too which was a nice surprise. Lovely welcome bottle of wine and water, fridge in room, lots of sockets and TV with many channels. Continental breakfast served in room (toast, pastries, fruit, croissants, yoghurts, tea, coffee, fruit juice) and when we said we didn’t have time for breakfast the last day we had a care package of food left for us to take early in the morning - it was amazing and SO MUCH food. Great location which enabled us to walk everywhere and so close to the main station to get out of the town early.
