We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Colosseum and very close to the metro, which made getting around the city so easy. Lovely, clean room, terrace and kitchen. Highly recommended!

First of all the hostess was very helpful! We have received all the relevant information before arrival and it was an easy access property, fully secured. The property was in a quite area (of high importance for us) and close to everything! It’s amazing that the walking distance from Colosseum is 5 minutes away. In addition, the room was spacious, super clean and warm. The bed was comfortable as well. In addition, we had warm water (for shower) at all times. Last but not least, the room included espresso capsules and water in the fridge that were restocked day by day. I totally recommend this property and the hostess!

We loved the quiet area but such close proximity to sightseeing! Being right by the coloseum was a dream come true! We toured but we also walked there every day because it was so close! The room was beautiful and very comfortable The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, this is rare! We enjoyed the outside space every afternoon before dinner. The amenities were fantastic too! Loved having the kitchen at our disposal if needed. Great having Netflix to log into for the kids during our rest time. The communications with the host were outstanding, they were so helpful and attentive and even answered our tourist style questions! Wonderful team!

Everything was good, the apartments are clean, bright with large beds and comfortable mattresses, there is a small kitchen and a terrace, located next to the Colosseum. The staff answered questions at any time.

Location. It is 15 mins walk from Termini station and 7-8 mins to Colloseum, however to Vatican is around 1hour and 20 mins and around 1 hour to Trevi fountain or Spanish plazza. The room was clean, and it was a daily cleaning service which I think it was not really a Must as the towels were not changed or the floor not swept. Luggage storage, however the door was not locked.
