A perfect stay! The guest house is in a fantastic location, with great restaurants and specialty coffee shops nearby, and within walking distance to major highlights. The street is peaceful, so you can even sleep with open windows. The beds are super comfy, and the place is spotless. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Our room was pretty small but a great value for money—perfect if you plan to spend most of your day exploring Rome.

The hotel is located in very convenience location, downtown and train station are only 10-15min walk. There is a Pam Local nearby so we can get everything we need. There is elevator. The hotel owner is very helpful, response timely and provides flexible arrangements based on our needs. Direction about the location and how to self check-in and out were very clear. All things are prefect.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The beds are really comfortable and the location is excellent. The hotel staff are very nice and helped me with all my requests. I am very satisfied, and this is the best hotel I have ever been to. :)

Great room, very clean and had everything we needed. Location was very good, in a nice little neighbourhood. Staff were very helpful, booked us a taxi to airport and sent all details that we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

The property is in a lovely area close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but is quite peaceful! The property itself is in a beautiful building and the rooms are modern and very neat and tidy - plenty of room for two! The hosts are also incredibly accommodating, having our room ready early and allowing an early check in, as well as safely storing our luggage after check out. High recommend this property!
