The room is very traditional. It was clean and tidy. It was fine for laying your head on a night.

The host was super kind and helpful. Very close to the facility, there were more very good cafés for breakfast. Good restaurants for lunch/dinner. You can reach by walk more tourist sights. Termini station was also close. The room was quiet.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes from Termini or 5 minutes from the airport bus stops depending on which airport you are flying into. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The host is lovely and extremely helpful with any information. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

We enjoyed our stay at the falimy owned mini hotel. The room was simple and clean, with separate bathroom. Host was very friendly and nice, smooth communication, acceppted us even after check-in hours (at 3 a.m.), this is for additional 30 eur cost. Priperty location is good, close to Termini station, Metro and bus stops. Walking distance to Colosseum.

The breakfast was simple but I believe it was better than standard in the other B&B. The advantage of the location was that it was close to sightseeing, restaurants and the train station and it is on very quiet street.
