The location of the property is great. Very close to metro, but also walkable distance from some sites, such as Spanish steps. The room had everything needed for our short stay and was very clean. The owner was very helpful and nice.

Nineta was an excellent host. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was fabulously comfortable. A great place to stay with excellent location - close to many lovely cafes and restaurants.

I walked to the Vatican Museums in 25 minutes, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps all within 10-15 minutes, Flaminio Metro station is a few minutes away which connects to the both Airports and Roma Termini . A great place to stay and see the most of Rome efficiently. Ninetta is fantastic! will stay again.(room has air conditioner which is great for the hot Summer.)

The host Ninetta was extremely helpful Liked the nice surprise of chocolates and wine on arrival . The room was very clean quiet and cosy .Got a great night's sleep .Walking distance to city centre .would definitely return 😃 👏

I went to Rome to celebrate my 30th Birthday, and when I arrived to the room they have me and my boyfriend a surprise for my birthday, it was really lovely. Our experience was amazing, the guest house is close to Piazza del Popolo and therefore like 5 minutes walking to the nearest metro station. All the main attractions of Rome are relatively close, you can reach the majority just walking or taking the bus. The room is big and spacious, all the facilities were really clean when we arrived. Rome and this guest house were a amazing way to spend my 30th Birthday! I would totally recommend it.
