Lovely old building full of charm. Location is perfect. Walking distance to all the tourist sites and fabulous restaurants. Great welcome from the very friendly & helpful couple owners who did everything to make us feel at home.

Rippeta 35 is the best! They are clean and refreshing. The water pressure is 10/10! Location couldn't be better as every where was close. Plenty of restaurant on the Street.

We had an amazing experience staying at Ripetta 35 Guest House during our January trip to Rome. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the center near Piazza del Popolo, which made it easy to explore all of Rome's iconic landmarks. Everything was within walking distance, and we felt immersed in the charm of the city. The guest house itself was incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Our host Stephano was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, ensuring we made the most of our stay. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while exploring Rome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city—Ripetta 35 is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

Everything was perfect, location is in the walking distance to everything what you want to see in Roma. Near The accomodation are many caffees and restaurants, stores in which you can find everything what you want. Room is stylish, perfect equpied, clean and cozy, minibar for free included. What is super special is the owner, Stefano and his wife are very kind, friendly, helpful!

Valentina and Stefano were such excellent hosts! From the beginning of our trip (through very helpful text messages) to the moment we left (when an emergency on our part occurred), they went out of their way to offer valuable assistance. The room itself was spacious and spotless clean on a very central street of Rome. Cannot recommend it enough!! Thank you once again! A presto!

Great location, walking distance to metro and most attractions. The restaurants just around were really great too. The hosts, Stefano and Valentina, were great at communicating and super helpful and welcoming! Great value for money and would stay again.
