Clean, great shower, good facilities, great location. Nico was so helpful, providing loads of local knowledge. We followed his resturant recommendation and had a fantastic meal. Hot tub and sauna, amazing. Would recommend this b&b to anyone.

We loved our host Nico, he was very helpful. Also we loved opportunity to use sauna jaccuzzi. The appartment is on a very good location, centar, but in a quiet street.

Spacious room. Good location. Shower area a little cramped. An excellent host who was very hospitable. Close to the metro train stations to access Colesium etc etc. Lots of cafes and shops nearby.

Everything was perfect! Domenico was super nice since the first moment i texted him. He even got us an upgrade for the same price. The room was very nice and the hotel was in a very good location, you could walk to everything. He gave us really good recommendations of restaurants and places to go! Thank you very much. Ps: he let us used the spa for one day which was amazing!

our host was excellent, giving us lots of advice for places around Rome! especially more local places which is always a bonus. We were also upgraded as they had availability at one of their other properties - we found this really sweet as it was going the extra mile! Something very rare, it allowed us to have a very special time in Rome. Thank you!

The host (Domenico) was lovely, very helpful and charismatic. Made us feel at home from the very beginning. Made sure to have some cold water ready in our mini fridge upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay. It is perfect for travellers who are looking for a place in a good location but do not plan to hang around indoors: the room is modestly furnished. Nothing missing and everything absolutely gorgeous! But if you like to stay in often during your stay, or you are planning to stay for longer than a few days, you might miss a few things like tea cups, lounge corner or sitting area for more than one person. Cleaning service was great, daily fresh towels and made bed. Perfect temperature in the room, even though it was 38 degrees out when we visited. The air conditioning is not adjustable, but it worked well. The room has no windows, but the design and atmosphere is well matched so it is very cosy and not dark and depressing.

We actually got a free upgrade to an apartment right outside the Piazza Navona. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay there. It was a great location, comfortable, and well-equipped. We received a really warm reception and welcome and everything was clearly communicated.

Perfect location in the heart of Rome. The property has a very beautiful design and Domenico the owner was very helpful with everything. Great value for money!
