Our stay was amazing! Antonio was really attentive and as soon as we arrived, he explained all the key spots to visit in Rome and even showed us an app that he created that contains all his recommendations. We booked a smaller room, but it was clean and good for our short stay. The location is convenient and you can reach any monument easily either on foot or by public transport. We really enjoyed the breakfast croissants too! We will for sure be back :)

the host was exceptional. Has a croissant menu for breakfast,, but went out of his way to meet my dietary requirements. Very knowledgeableand helpful in regards to local sightseeing and transport. I found the location to be perfect. with the easy to use train system with in minutes away & in a cheaper area souvenirs, food etc cost less. Quiet room/location never felt unsafe.

we stayed for one night but it was perfect. the location is close to the train station, I saw many options but didn't find any good reviews. But this one exceeded my expectations. The hall and kitchen are clean, there is a refrigerator. The room was clean, you could use the kitchen and there was breakfast. and of course air conditioning! I am very grateful to the staff for suggesting where to go for dinner and also offering a map of Rome. always kept in touch, thank you!

Although we did not meet our host. his communications were rapid courteous and extremely helpful. the staff we did meet were welcoming and very helpful. the location is close to main train line and metro. and walking distance to the colosseum. Price was very reasonable and adequate for our needs.

Antonio was a gracious and welcoming host. Upon arrival he provided great tips on restaurants to eat, the route to popular sites, iluding delicious cornettis for breakfast etc. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Fantastic 5 day stay in Rome.
