The room was very beautiful and the stuff very friendly. They had slippers , coffee machine , vanity kit ,teeth brush and tooth paste . All these small details that make the difference . I left my luggage for two hours after the check out so I could drink a last coffee in Rome without carrying them around.

This is very beautiful boutique hotel. Best location near to Vatican. Room was clean and look like new. Very friendly staff. We did not include breakfast during the booking, but had very delicious breakfast in nearest restaurant (50 anni).

Excellent location, walking distance to the major attractions. The room is very clean and comfortable and the staff is really nice. Our host, Dave, was amazing. So I truly recommend it.

Amazing location, 15 min walk to Vatican, 2 min walk to Piazza Navona, it's close to everything you need to see in Rome. Very very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was excelent (you can choose to eat whatever you want at any hour, in the room). Thank you you for a lovely experience.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. The property was in a fantastic location and yet was so quiet and felt very private. Excellent facilities and so clean.

Lovely room within walking distance of the historic sites and nice restaurants. Small room but very comfortable with window shutters to keep it dark. Good air con. Upstairs in a lovely old building, has a classic lift for luggage.
