Ursula and her sons were outstanding hosts and the location is excellent, in the heart of Trastevere. Ursula was friendly, responsive and informative and booked our transfers. The light breakfast made available was delightful and much appreciated.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a traditional building in the Trastevere neighborhood next to the river. Just downstairs there is a tram and bus stop that leads to the city center.The room and bathroom are beautifully decorated and very clean. You could prepare breakfast yourself with first-class ingredients, there was unlimited coffee, fruit, cakes, biscuits, etc. We had a very pleasant stay in Rome, which is mainly due to the choice of accommodation.

Residenza delle Arti was very conveniently located. We walked across the river to Colosseum, Roman Forum. There are lots of interesting restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.

Wonderful location, amazing staff, clean and comfy rooms. Some of the best restaurants in Rome are within walking distance and the neighbourhood is just lovely. We cannot say enough good things about Urszula, who welcomed us like family and made sure that we had an amazing visit in Rome. Looking forward to returning one day!

Amazing Art Deco building, we drove in and found free parking easily. Quick walk across the bridge into the centre of Rome, or across the road into Trastevere. Warm welcome, amazing breakfast facilities provided as well as a stocked fridge and the place is spotless. Felt safe and secure and the pride taken in the accommodation shows. will definitely recommend, thanks again for having us!

Owner Ursula and her son make this boutique apartment. They are so friends and helpful. The room is packed with amenities, very clean and nicely decorated. Location is ideal in Trastevere. Room is on a busy street, but close the windows and you’re almost soundproof. We loved our stay and would come back again.
