Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.Check in during week days is managed by our Reception from 9.30 until 14:00. When reception is closed and on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday, guests can do a Self Check in. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property and come at an additional cost of EUR 20.
Please note that in order to confirm a Self Check in the property needs to receive in advance the identity documents of the guests.Cleaning is every 7 days.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

It was better than I expected. It seemed safe place. Clean and large one bed apartment. We could go Trevi and Colosseo by walk.

We have stayed in Residence Europa in December. Apartment is spacious, warm and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Valentina was superb host. She was messaging us every day to check if we were ok and had everything we needed. We highly recommend Residence Europa and definitely stay there again if we come back to Rome.

I stayed in Residence Europa with my family for 4 nights. The room was comfortable and clean with nice heating. Also, it's located in a quite place and about 10 minutes by walk from Fodana Di Trevi and Colloseum. Highly recommended for families or group of friends travelling together!

Great location, walking distance from railway station, and a few “must see”s around the city centre, about 10min walk from a metro station. A couple of restaurants right on the street. The property had everything needed, had spacious rooms, all very clean and great condition. Valentina was very responsive and helpful, we had self check in and check out so haven’t met but all the questions we had were answered pretty instantly… If we are Next time in Rome we’d stay here again

There were two separate rooms with good privacy and plenty of space! Air conditioning and everything worked well! excellent location, less than 15 min walk to Trevi Fountain and direct above three good restaurants. 150meters from good market and few minutes from large Avenue with bus connection. Less than 20 minutes to subway station, wich I don’t recommend for tourist since we ourselves have had our wallet stolen on the subway. Unfortunately very common in Rome.

The appartment is very practical, quiet, well-equipped and in a very good location with everything in walking distance, not far away from the railway station. Very helpful and caring staff. We very much enjoyed our time in Rome.

Very comfortable with large spaces. Very good air conditioning while not lacking anything. The communication with Valentina is direct. Very good central spot a few meters from bus stops and relatively close to everything even on foot.

The room is nice and big. And location is really great. Close to a bus stop. Nearest metro station is Reppublica which is like 10mins away. Most of the attractions are like walking distance. And there are a lot of restaurants and cafe nearby. We preferred walking in Rome since every corner is just amazing. Most importantly, the staff is amazing. She is so accommodating with all our requests. Definitely made our stay comfortable. ☺️
