Beautiful property in a lovely part of the city. We were able to walk everywhere - until the weather turned and for the last couple of days did a bit of Uber. Lucretia was on hand personally everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was stylish, spacious and immaculately clean. Great breakfast, and lovely touches of bakery goods, cakes, cookies and teas coffees and soft drinks available complimentary throughout the day. Great quality for the price. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and if I get the chance to go back to Rome I would definitely return here.

The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a cute little balcony sit out which we enjoyed every evening. There was no view and was facing a bank. The staff was really sweet. Was nice to see the owner make the breakfast herself the first day with the help of the staff member. I forget the name of the two ladies- but they were so kind & warm! We had four breakfasts there. The first two days were fantastic and fresh, we felt the last two days had some stuff from the day before, but it was not a big deal for us. The option of coffee, tea and water along with fresh pasties all the day long, was absolutely amazing. Had a very cute BnB vibe!

The Location is in one of the best areas in Rome, close (7 min walking) to the Barberini Metro station. There are nice restaurants and cafeterias in the surroundings for different budgets. The Staff at the hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The Elevator was a highlight for us :) and also very helpful, since we had a stroller. We highly recommended and will definitely will go back again.

We really liked the location. The Room and all the comodities were really cleaned. The Room was so Nice and the bed was really confortable. The staff always very friendly! The concierge lady recomended a restaurante very near the hotel that was our best dinner in rome (Vladimiro)

Location and superb hospitality from the Moroni family and their excellent staff , particularly Nelson who is the heart and soul of the hotel . Also the free snacks and produce from the family farm is a real bonus.

The room was spacious & comfortable. We had a king with a sofa bed. My teenage daughter said the sofa bed was the most comfortable one she had slept on (and she had slept on several earlier in our trip). The king bed was also comfortable. The room had huge, tall windows with lots of natural light. The host was very helpful, responsive and a good communicator. He helped arrange airport transportation for us. Unfortunately we had to leave for the airport so we were unable to enjoy breakfast. The location is on a quiet street but not far away from the more bustling areas. The A/C worked very well (super important because it was very hot when we visited).
