Perfect location near Termini (max 10min on foot). Very clean rooms. Family room spacious and comfortable for families with 2 chd. Fantastic coffee machine. Basic but complete breakfast with fresh croissants box every day around 8:30.

Everything was perfect - beds were comfortable, the room and whole location was very clean, our hostess was extremely helpful and nice,the coffee and breakfast were delicious. The location is amazing - 2 min walk from subway and 8 min walk from colloseum.

location is superb for access to the sights, 10 min walk from the station, then easy access to all the main sights. breakfast is basic but gets you off to a good start. Is on a noisy road but its a busy city so you expect hustle and bustle. communication ahead of arrival friendly and flexible, felt very welcome.

A good place to rest our head and legs. Everything was very clean and the communication from staff was great. We loved the self-service breakfast and the location was in walking distance to a lot of attractions.

Very good location, under 10min walk to Colosseum and Termini Station. Helpful staff (helped us with the breakfast and luggage, arranged us a airport taxi - thank you!) Self service breakfast - yoghurt, sweet pastries, butter, eggs (to boil). Daily clean service. Clean rooms.

Fantastic location close to colosseum trevi fountain and other stunning sights. Lots of restaurants close by. Manager was awesome. Hubby reckons great shower. Aircon great. Not too many stairs. Elevator on first floor if needed

The room was clean and specious. Great location good for sightseeing. 5min walk to Forum Romanum and Colosseum. Breakfast is nice and convenient. Staff was great. I would stay there again.
