This was an amazing find, the suite was extremely well presented and charming! Many choices for eateries downstairs and nearby shops. Castel Sant'Angelo was at the end of the street. Vatican City was a short walk. Step inside from the outside door and instantly be taken back in time. Using the old elevator or marble steps you feel like you are living the real Rome. No hotel lobby reception or boring rooms. The room itself was well equipped and huge with a kitchen and comfortable bed. We were here in extreme heat and the air con was very welcome. Great communication from the owners with clear instructions on how to gain entry, local sites, restaurants and anything else you could want.

Absolutely loved this room, we stayed in Rome at the end of June so the weather was a hot 37 degrees everyday but coming back to this room everyday was like a haven with its AC. The directions of how to get in were very clear and easy to follow, as were the check out instructions. The lobby and room was very tastefully decorated, clean, cool and quiet. The kitchenette and bathroom have every appliance you might need (kettle, hairdryer, microwave etc.) just as described in the profile. We bumped into the host one day as they were cleaning other rooms between stays and they were very friendly and attentive, and it was good to see how much care went into cleaning the rooms as they were there for a couple of hours (we went around the whole of the Vatican and they were still there!) The location is perfect too, walking distance from every big tourist attraction in Rome which is just what we wanted, as well as plenty of amazing restaurants and gelato shops. I have no complaints about this room at all, it really made the holiday!

Great location! You are so close to everything and in an area that is lively but still safe and quiet. It was incredibly clean and the staff were extremely helpful from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend and will be staying here again next time we visit Rome.
