Highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect and we could see the colosseum as soon as we stepped outside. Felt like a boutique hotel with only 16 rooms, well decorated and maintained and at a great price.

It is near the colosseum, just a few steps away! And if you need to travel via train, the metro is a walk away too! Breakfast was nice. The room is clean and enough space for all your luggage. Fresh towels everyday. The Colosseum is just outside your window!

Great location with just a 5 minute walk to the coliseum . The staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage on arrival, especially as there was no lift and lots of stairs. Great recommendation for the restaurant next door, which was amazing. Not too far from the station and the airport Ciampino. Room was a good size and interestingly decorated.

Its location was exceptional. Authentic Rome experience with all mod cons. The staff were very professional and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location is fantastic. Near the Colisseum, over the road from St Clemente Basilica with its amazing Mithras Temple underneath, and near some lovely quiet and safe back streets that give an insight into 'real' Rome.

Amazing location, view of colosseum from balcony. Beautiful decor, luxurious and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable- had the best nights sleep. Very welcoming, friendly staff. Arrived much earlier than check in, was going to see about storing bags but was given room key straight away! Stored bags on day of leaving, offered use of bathroom/facilities after collecting them. Good value considering location and standard of hotel.
