Everything was good. Balcony and location was big advantage. The only unpleasant thing was that it was cold during the day. The host said heating depends on the building, so i recommend bringing warmer clothes. :) Also there was no tea or sugar, this is not a disadvantage, but just to let others know (because if we knew we would of brought that with us as we arrived late at night) :)

Location. Very close to metro station and walking distance to centre. Luca, the owner, is a very kind and welcoming person. He can help you for where to go and what to do in Rome. The room was very ok and it has a balcony.

The apartment was very comfortable, perfect for our family of 4. Luca, our host, was great! He was always reachable for any doubts or if we needed help. It was very hot in Rome, and the AC in the apartment was a great plus, especially if you're coming from a not so warm country like us! There was also a fan, and we used it at all times, too. The location was ideal, next to the metro line and busses, which came very handy to move around the town. Also, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and sites to visit around. Our visit was too short! We would love to come back!
