The property was an ideal location for us & only a few minutes from the metro. The property was spotlessly clean & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

We chose this property because of its excellent location. This part of the city is calm, beautiful, and safe. We were very satisfied with the staff—Stefano was especially nice and helpful. Everyone spoke English. Rome is currently undergoing reconstruction, and Otaviano is closed, with work happening all around the city, but it will likely be finished by 2025. Thank you to the team for providing earplugs!

Nice location, 5 min walking to Vatican museums, 25 min to Piazza Navona, 2 min to metro/bus. Relatively quiet street. A lot of restaurants and bars around. Good breakfast. Big room for 4 persons. Very clean.

Excellent location, good sized room and bathroom. The host Stefano was fantastic!! Very responsive, friendly and helpful with local recommendations including an excellent restaurant nearby. The breakfast included in the room rate was the best we’ve had in any of the hotels on this trip to Italy.

Great location close to Vatican City and a bit quieter than staying in central Rome, which we still found to be easily accessed on foot. We ate out every evening at local restaurants, all within a few minutes of the Polinari Rooms, and alongside locals. Great hosts who clearly enjoy what they do and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and breakfast was lovely.

Stefano was super nice and helped with everything, including waiting with us for the taxi downstairs. Our shower head broke, and he immediately came to replace it. The breakfast was more than enough, and the location was great. Would love to stay there again.

It was close to the station and within walking distance to the Vatican City. The staff were kind, and despite having meals included, it was affordable.
