Lovely property albeit small full of character. Outside terraces would be great if visiting in warmer climate. Addition of a outdoor Hot tub would be a huge improvement.

If you are looking for a comfortable apartment close to all historical sights, this is the place to go. Cristian (the owner) will sensitively take care of all your needs. We are grateful to Cristian for 3 wonderful days in Rome.

Excellent location. Communication was easy and they were very helpful. Gave lots of extras like milk, juice, yoghurt, bread etc. far more than expected.

The apartment is nothing short of delightful, in one of the many historic and beautiful architecture streets in this magnificent city . The location is 10+ literally a minutes walk to a bridge (full of activity at night and a must )that takes you to the trendy Trastevere area in Rome with many great restaurants and bars , we were spoilt for choice. The balcony was lovely to sit in the evenings and was very quiet considering your location . We walked the streets of Rome, preferring this to the hop on hop off bus tours (which in larger cities we like to do), however Rome is very walkable (cobbled streets everywhere ), from the apt it took 30 mins to the Colosseum/Roman Forum via which we went to Circus Maximus and 25-30 mins to The Vatican City. Closer 5-20 mins you have Piazza Navona, Trevi fountain , Spanish Steps , Monument to Victor Emmanuel II/Pantheon and more …. The apartment was well equipped for a short stay and had all that we needed . The bed was comfortable and very quiet in the evenings we left a door ajar to let the fresh air in.

Wonderful BnB at perfect location in Rome. It surpassed our expectations as our "Small double room" turned out to be a cozy apartment with a separate small dining room and beautiful balcony. Our host was welcoming and friendly and the daily maintenance was pretty good too. Another good surprise was the included daily refilling of basic food and drinks like bread, cakes, milk, juice and water and coffee of course. Everything we needed for a perfect stay.

The property was immaculate. Cristian was a lovely host who got in touch beforehand and was there to meet us on arrival and give us an overview of the area. The rain managed to hold off long enough to allow us to enjoy the terrace which was a nice respite from the hustle and bustle. The location of the property was perfect, just across the bridge from Trastevere, approximately 20 minutes walk in one direction to the Vatican and 20 minutes walk the other direction to the Colosseum.
