Francesca and Valter are amazing hosts, very polite, helpful and warm. The room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom reasonably sized and in good condition. The location is perfect, very close to the Termini railway station, in a walking distance from almost all important attractions. In the area there are lots of good restaurants and cafes.

It was very clean, with nice quiet location with very good restaurants nearby. The owners were really awesome, provided us a bigger room and very amazing tips on where to eat a real pizza, gelato and italian kitchen (all the locations were filled with locals only). And all this at a very reasonable price!

The hosts were very helpful, answered to messages almost instantly and updated our room without asking for anything in exchange. The room was very clean, and had a nice view. The bus station was 1 minute away, great restaurants, gelaterias and cafes around. Sights like Trevi fountain and Spanish steps were 20 minutes away. Great price-quality ratio.

We stayed here for three nights with my spouse. We had originally booked a small room, but since there were vacancies, they gave us a larger one. The hotel is in a safe location close to Roma Termini. There are many high-quality restaurants nearby. The hosts, Francesca and Volter, gave us great recommendations on transportation, local restaurants, and shopping spots. They are lovely people and were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I return!

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality was exceptional, always available to assist with anything we needed and offering helpful local tips and gave us many suggestions of local places to eat at that were less touristy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. We highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a cozy, charming place with personal, attentive service! : )

We really couldn't have asked for better hosts during our stay in Rome! Francesca and Walter were super helpful, kind, and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations and made our check-in/check-out easy. The room was clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service, and everything we needed to be comfortable. The flat is in a great location with plenty of public transportation options close by. Would stay here again without hesitation!
