It was very clean. Room was tided every day. Location is just perfect: easy to reach, in the heart of city center, no need to use public transport as all attractions are in the walking range. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We've got slippers, ear-plugs, tooth brush, intimate gel, coffee and water refill every day.

The location is great, five minutes from the Pantheon with lots of restaurants in the area. The staff at the PAX hotel are extremely friendly and helpful and everywhere is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are serviced everyday. Thrre are tea & coffee making facilities in the room and bottles of water are provided everyday.

The location was excellent near the Pantheon area, the room was really comfortable, very clean (serviced everyday), tea & coffee provided and the staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Staff were incredibly accommodating from the second I checked in. The room was large, bed was very comfortable. Great shower pressure. All the facilities worked great. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily and they even noticed I was a bit sick and left some special tea to help me with my illness. Really great personable service and a great price for a fantastic location. As a first time solo traveller, i felt very safe in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Great shower and all toiletries provided. All drinks in the fridge were included and nice coffee pods too. Daily room clean with fresh towels. Staff held our luggage at the hotel whilst we spent our last day in the city before a late afternoon flight home. Great place to stay… would recommend and return.
