Location was great. Only 100 meters away from Manzoni metro train station. Groceries and restaurants are nearby. Its also walking distance to Coloseum. Neighbourhood was quiet. The staff was excellent. He waited for us to check in and handed the keys personally. It has kitchen facilities plus coffee machine. Comfortable stay.

Located a few metres from Manzoni on the metro. 10 - 15 minutes walk to Coliseum. Starightforward late check in using app and key box. Comfy bed!

The location is the best. It is really close to the Colloseum (we walked for 15 minutes to get there, no transport needed). There’s a metro station nearby, so you can get around the city by metro. The kitchen has tea, coffee, toaster - basically, all you could need for a breakfast. Francesco is a great host, always quick to reply to all requests. Definitely recommend this, 10/10 would stay again

Amazing place to stay in Rome. Very good contact with an owner. He even helped us to take a taxi. Clean room, great location (We walked around 10 minutes to Coloseum). We were eating and spending time in the garden a lot. Really cozy place, I will recommend it every time.

LOCATION,LOCATION, LOCATION!! Less than a block away from the red line metro tube, just hop on, and you can get almost anywhere. The block had 3 groceries, a bar, a laundromat, and some decent restaurants in the area. We had an incredible "Roman" meal that our host set up for us while we were there. The Coliseum was maybe a 20-minute walk away, and although there was street clutter and grafetti, I felt comfortable enough to walk around after dark.
