The location of this property is perfect, walking distance to Cipro Metro around 50M and also walking distance to Aura Shopping mall around 500m. With great shop nearby the hotels.

Clean room. Walkable distance to Vatican. Plenty of restaurants and cafeterias around. Metro station is 3 min walk.

I would characterize the hotel as "minimal, but sufficient". But we only stayed overnight. We had everything that we needed. However, there is an air conditioner that works quietly, good soundinsulation, very clean. The hotel has a very good location, close to the metro and the Vatican Museums. There are many restaurants around. We communicated with the owner only by phone. But he was always polite, competent and ready to help and advise. We had an early check-out and Valerio helped us order an inexpensive taxi. Next time, we'll definitely choose again this apartment.

Location was fantastic! Lots of cute cafés in the neighborhood and close to all the attractions. I wanted to see. The owner/manager was amazingly hospitable. Very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend booking with him.

The room was nice and clean. Valerio is a very nice person and helped us with all the necessary information. The breakfast was nice and sufficient. Location is good, it's near to metro and bus stations. We will stay again if we go to Rome.

The location is accessible with bus and metro plus directly behind Vatican city, so don't worry getting to the city center. Breakfast options are either in the cafe only a minute away or in the shared kitchen. The room furnished nicely and big for 2 person, but the place is literally a bed and breakfast stay, in which what we are looking for. The room is cleaned everyday. There are snacks in the shared kitched for all guests and water bottles in our room for free.

excellent for short trips and for those who are close to the Vatican and know better this small nation-state and its specificities. The host is super attentive and careful. is not a hotel but worth it.
