We came by car so location was perfect just outside the ZTL. There was underground parking nearby that the host recommended and had an arranged discount for guests. No matter where you stay in Rome you’re going to walk and this was perfect for us. There’s a couple of supermarkets nearby which was great to fill up the car with or if you wanted to use the kitchen facilities in the property. A lovely coffee shop on the same building around the corner that wasn’t a tourist rip off. Even though this is all provided. And plenty of choice or restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the Vatican in one direction and the Spanish steps in the other. Oh and it’s dog friendly and our dog loved it too. Just remember to tell the host if you have a dog as other guests need to be considered.

Great location, smooth process, super clean, in fact cleaned every single day, quiet location, very comfy bed and very nice pillows, courtesy coffee and toast for breakfast, and most of all, a very attentive host who followed our steps all along the way.

Free espresso everyday, excellent location direct line with airport, easy access to all attractions, even on foot (half an hour walk), comfort mattress, good isolation, cool way to open the building's and apartment's door but you need to have internet

Room with everything you need, clean and big enough for family of 4. Love the location, near shuttle bus station to/from Fiumicino airport /6min on foot/. Most of the sightseeing locations are in walking distance. Carla was very hospitable and always available.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location for us and 1 minute from a bus stop which helped us get around easily. The room was tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a wee mini fridge. The bed was really comfortable and we had great airflow with the window. Carla was very lovely and very easy to contact when we needed something.

Carla was super welcoming, and gave us lots of good information on arrival. She allowed us to drop our bags off early, which was handy. The room had air conditioning, which was definitely needed for Rome in July (never again). Any questions we had, we just messaged Carla. Directly opposite the building was the best meal we had when in Rome, this was recommended to us by Carla, and we visited twice on our 3 day stay. The location felt a little out the way but was lovely all the same, but we knew this when booking. Laundrette directly outside the building. Bus stop, pharmacy, good gelato, good bar (the Bulldog), and breakfast cafe, all within 2 minutes. Metro 10 - 15 minute walk.

The accommodation was wonderful. A great place as we could use the kitchen area for coffee etc . Location was very good as we could walk up to the Vatican as it was our highlight of the vacation. I'd like to thank Carla and the young lady who was there most mornings. Whatever we wanted was no problem. Thanks for everything. Sean Reid
