In my first review I was quite disappointed with the attitude of the staff during my stay at this hotel. The service did not meet my expectations, and it affected my overall experience. Follow-up Review: After my initial review, I received a response from the hotel manager, who was very understanding and offered me a complimentary room upgrade for my next stay. I appreciate the thoughtful gesture and the willingness to address my concerns. I absolutely loved Rome, and I’m excited to return this autumn. I’m curious to see if my previous experience was just a one-time occurrence. Looking forward to giving the hotel another chance.

Room was small but adequate shower was a bit tricky to operate Breakfast was good location was convenient to public transport overall it was good Television didn't have any English news

We stayed in the “small room” - it is spaciouc enough for 2 people. The bed is comfortable. Just a couple of minutes walking from the main Termini station.

Location is very Perfect. Easy to access Roma Termini station. Hotel reception was also very cooperative. They allowed us to keep bag for complete day at the day of check out.

A great location for exploring Rome, at a reasonable price, chosen specifically to be close to Termini. Lovely staff. Really enjoyed breakfast, just sitting with a coffee and cornetto chilling (didn't need the buffet breakfast).
