Nice interior, very friendly and competent housekeeper. The hosts gave great tipps for sights, food and bars in Rome. Public transport close by and only 30min nice walk to colloseum.

Emanuela and Stefano were available for the questions and requests all the time. They were very friendly before, during and after my stay. They gave suggestions and tips to explore the city, where to eat and where to go. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Hello! My sister and I were spending a few nights in Rome and I can safely say we could not have been accomodated better. The first thing I have to point out is the location. The colosseum is only half an hour on foot and the metro station that connects you to all of the other parts of the town not even 5 minutes on foot. The second thing is that room was so spacious and so nice. You also have a living room and a kitchen that are available for all the house guests. The whole house has a really cool vibe and is so nicely decorated. The facility was very clean with the cleaning lady who does the soft cleaning every day. But the best part about this house has to be the host. We are very thankful to Emanuela and Stefano who made this stay that much more enjoyable. A moth before our stay they contacted me wanting to inform me about the best ways to get to the hotel from the airport and asking me some general information. On the day of our check in they send us a very detailed instructions about how to get into our room. They respond to text messages right away when you need them. Our last day we had a problem getting to the airport because the metros were not working due to a strike but Emanuela immediately helped us calling the train station asking about the information and finding us the best route possible. We are very happy we chose this house and we only have nice things to say about it.10/10 would recommend.

Our room was comfortable and cosy. The guest house provided many amenities, including kitchen, fridge and common area. Sheets were clean which we appreciated. Very good communication with host, and he provided us with lots of recommendations and advice on transport.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, close to public transport and the host was very responsive when communicating before and during our stay. We were also allowed to leave our bags after checking out so we could enjoy our last day in Rome. We highly recommend this place :)
