- location was close to a few bus stops and a small grocery store, it was walkable to the centre - bed was comfortable - shower pressure was great - fridge in the room - key pickup and drop off

Great location and easy communication with owners. We git a bit confused on arrival but that was google maps sending us to the back of the building. You should look for Cubo Bistro on Via Gallia and its a couple of doors up from that. Quiet, secure and local feel to the area which felt safe at night. Easy enough to walk to some of the sightseeing areas but we also used the 628 bus to get back after a long day and the 714 to get to Termini for our morning train. There's a lovely bakery Vecchi Sapori also next door for excellent pizza by the slice or breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

- great location, 15 min walk from colosseum then from there everything is pretty close. I was wary after reading bad reviews but everything was good. Bed was a little hard but had no problems sleeping. Room was clean, had everything you need for a holiday. It’s outside the tourist area so it’s a little more quiet.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to get to the places we needed, sometimes by foot, sometimes by bus. And the restaurants and shops around the hotel were diverse for shopping.

The person, that we contacted, was very informative, friendly and understanding. We received all the information really fast, also, we checked-in by ourselves, so the given instructions (how to get keys, get into the room, turn on jacuzzi, etc.) were clear and understandable. Also, we were allowed to enter the room 2 hours earlier and we are very greatful for this! Additionally, the room was tidy and clean, nobody except us entered the room during our stay (3 nights), which also gave us a feeling of privacy and safety for our belongings. The place is in good location: calm, around many places to eat (however, some time needed to be spared to get to better restaurants), we could reach colosseum on foot, also, we could reach some of attractions by buses, which ride quite close to the structure. The AC worked just perfectly.

It had all the basic facilities one would need, and with a well stocked communal kitchen, so it would have been possible to cook simple food or make coffee or tea. It was quiet and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The place meets the expectations of a good budget accommodation; clean, convenient and newly renovated. Staff are helpful and supportive during service hours. Best feature about the place is location - supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants all nearby, plus Colosseum is at a walking distance. Several other tourist spots can be reached on foot as well, with many amazing things to see along the way.

Place was clean, self check-in, towels were changed, the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The location is great too, metro is nearby, multiple bus stops nearby, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend it!
