Great location, right next to the Vatican, shops, restaurants and metro station. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large.

It was near Vatican. Clean and pleasant. Payment was online and self check in. We‘ve stayed for two nights and our room was cleaned. It was really pleasant that the hosts provided some snacks in the kitchen for free, though the breakfast was not included

The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, they gladly helped us with any questions or needs we had so the communication with them was a breeze! The guest house is located in a calmer and quieter part of Rome and is a 3-minute walk away from Vatican City. Public transportation is easily accessible as the metro and bus stops to the centre also take about 3 minutes to get to. The guest house has multiple private bedrooms with a shared lobby, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen has everything you would need for making meals - utensils, dishes and even a few kitchen appliances like a microwave, an electric stove top, a tea and coffee maker, etc. We could use all of it + the fridge to store food. They also had breakfast items like bread, jam, eggs, juice, tea and coffee pods. Our room was small but very cozy. It had a great AC system and a freezer which would save the day during summer heat. :) We were kind of surprised by the cleanliness - there was a housekeeper who would change the bedsheets and towels quite often (even though we didn't request such a service). We very much enjoyed everything that was provided for us!

Big and comfortable studio, very good and central location and very good communication with hosts. The opportunity to leave the luggage and the outdoor space to drink coffee with cigarette is also very convenient.

Wow! What an amazing place to find after being a bit wary of what the accomodation options could be like. Truly outstanding residence, exceptionally clean and comfortable; felt like "home with benefits" after a day out and about in the city of Rome. Aircon was a blessing, bed was super comfy and the breakfast arrangements were too notch.

The location is really perfect - next to the Vatican museums and St. Peters' piazza / dome. Alll the other places are easily reachable by a walking tour or, if you do not want to walk, by metro (direct lines from Ottaviano starion which is close to the guest house). The room and bathroom were cleaned regularly, towels - changed. The personal is always available and very helpful - with recommendations and assistance on each thing you might ask. The location is also perfect in terms of security, large choice of food places and shopping possibilities.

Perfect location for Vatican area, easy access from airport by bus to stop about 5 minutes walk away. Keyless entry to building and apartment was convenient. Everything was spotless.
