First of all, the location is perfect. Very close to many historical places. The staff is so friendly and sincere. They answered all my questions very quickly. My room cleaned every single day. I will definitely come back to Maison Ottavia🤍

Great location, really nice staff, good size room, snacks and coffe always avalible. It's on the quiet street, bus stop is near and you can reach cafes, restaurant and some sights on foot.

We had an amazing stay! The location was excellent—central, secure, and very pleasant. It truly enhanced our experience in Rome. If I ever return, I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended! The bus stop, express Carrefour, and restaurants were all very close to this place. The staff were very helpful, and my daughter loved the view from the window. She also adored Rome and all the delicious snacks that Maison Ottavia offered each morning. Thank you all! xxx

The hotel staff were very welcoming. They have a lift to bring customers’ luggage up to the first floor. Complimentary food and drink eg chips, biscuit, tea and coffee were provided at the reception area. Location is near St Peter basilica and near a few famous restaurants and ice cream shop They have air conditioning.

The hotel is within walking distance of all touristic areas in Rome. There are many places to eat and shop around it, and it is also in a safe area. The rooms are very clean and useful and very suitable for family use. The hotel has a small but useful lobby. You can find tea, coffee and snacks whenever you want. In addition, the hotel staff is very polite, understanding and helpful in every way. We asked for a baby crib and an iron, they provided them before we arrived and put them in the room. We loved the hotel very much, if we come to Rome again, we will stay here again. Thank you very much for everything, Maison Ottava
