very nice stay in the centre of Rome. 10 min walk from termini, 2 min walk to metro/bus. the place was clean and very comfy. talking with the host was easy and she responded very fast.

Great place to stay for a few days, very well located, a few minutes from Roma Termini and the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria. There is also The gardens of Piazza Vittorio Park accross from the property with ruins and a magnificent fontaine, great area to stroll through and relax. The only negative would be a strong chemical odor coming outside the room and the humidity in the Bath room. It was a bit complicated to get a hold of the host to actually get access to the property. Read the check in policy properly , I ending up having to pay 10 Euro extra as I arrived after 8pm.

The location is great, it's close to many places to go sightseeing, like the colosseum, there's a lot of great places to eat close by, like the Variable, La Vecchia Conca and Branca

The rooms are old school with a taste of Asian tradicion, very comfortable. Location is good. They also store our bags for couple of hours after the check-out. Good value for the money.

The hosts were absolutely amazing. I was travelling with my family and my grandma happened to get sick during the stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding when I needed any assistance. The location was about a 10-minute walk from Termini station, so super convenient. Also a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum.

This place exceeded my expectations. From the time of booking confirmation, hosts were kind, helpful and available for our questions. They sent detailed instructions and greeted us upon check in. The area felt safe, and we were able to walk to all of Rome’s attractions from there. Metro station is under the building, very convenient. The windows had extra panels for added noise protection. We could hear the morning traffic, but just barely! Really happy with that addition. Slept comfortably, and would’t hesitate to recommend. Great value for the money.

We stayed here for two nights at the start of our Italian holiday, as our flight landed late in Rome on the first night. It was exactly what we needed—simple, clean, and easily accessible. The location was excellent, making it a convenient base to explore the city. The host was absolutely fantastic—so friendly and kind, providing us with amazing tips to navigate Rome like locals. The check-out process was seamless, and the accommodation itself was quiet.
