The host was really kind and approachable. The room was clean and we are very happy that the location is very near to all tourist attractions and that we were able to just walk everywhere easily.

This was excellent value for the price. It was well serviced in the area, and new window fittings so not noisy. We stayed close to train station as only here one night, it was close enough to walk to, and there was an interesting set of shops on the walk there for all sorts for accessories

Lovely outlook to park. Close location for the Colosseum and the train station. Easy to get to bus or Metro. Very clean and tidy. Had a little fridge. Used the kettle in the common room for tea making. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Location is very good because it is only around five minutes walk to Termini station, and only around 20 minutes walk to different sights and attractions of the city. The room was comfortable (especially the bed!) and the host was friendly.
