Madison Hotel is directly opposite Rome Termini Station for metro and bus services across the city. There is generous daily buffet breakfast of sweet and savoury items, and staff are available 24 hours a day.

It is literally across the street from Termini station, so a perfectly strategic location- 1min walk to the platforms

Let's face it. you are reading the review of this hotel becase you are looking for a cheap, safe hotel near the train station? If that's correct, then you won't be disappoined. This place is a genuine 2 start hotel, but it's right opposite the station, beds are comfortable, it's safe and it's cheap. Other reviews are accurate too, the room isn't overly well lit, nor is it modern, but the price reflects that, and if you are wanting that, this isn't the hotel for you. If you are however looking at for that cheap hotel near the train station, this is a good choice.

Overall, the staff were helpful, though not particularly polite. The hotel's location is great, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food with enough space.

I arrived very late due to flight problems. The hotel was easy to find and perfect for Termini station. The check-in was very good and the staff were, polite, engaging, helpful and friendly. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a bath and hot water at 1.30am, breakfast was excellent, as were the staff at breakfast and at check-out. I would definitely stay again .
