Our flight was deleyed and we arrived on location late (03.25 in the morning) but the host gave us self checkin instructions and we entered the room in a minute. We had a good rest, a nice shower and was ready for the 18's km we had, on foot, in Rome. For us everything was as planned and expected.

The property was really clean and it was located too close to the train & metro stations. It was so comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

The room and kitchen was so clean and comfy. It is definitely looks better that the photos ! Our room was cleaned every day. Very beautiful building and cool elevator) The rooms administrator so nice girl who helped us with everything) And the free water and snacks on kitchen was so helpful!!

The cleanest, spotless, and comfortable accommodation in Rome you will ever find. Don't miss the opportunity to book this hotel as it's very close to Roma Termin, free snacks and water i and local shops and walking distance to some historical sites if you live walking

The hotel location was good, close to public transport and a walkable distance away from the Coliseum. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly, even offering us to store our suitcases for free on the day of our departure in the hotel if we want to explore some more before we leave Rome, which considering it's proximity to Termini is a great offer. The rooms were clean and contained all the amenities. The room had a beautiful view of the old Rome streets through the window.

It’s in a good location, within walking distance to buses and a train station and only one stop away from Termini, 3 bus stops to Colosseum. The host provided bottled water generously & breakfast. Room is clean. Milk, coffee, a coffee machine, and some cooking facilities are available. Staff are helpful and responsive
