Great location at walking distance to central station. The room was pretty clean with good equipment. If you are looking for a decent, modest guest house, it is suitable.

This was my first stay in accommodation different from a hotel, and I can say it was wonderful. The host was incredibly accommodating and focused on making our stay pleasant. The room was excellent, the common areas were sufficient to feel comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for breakfast. The location was also very convenient. Highly recommended

The property suited my families needs perfectly. The rooms had good air con, Netflix in both rooms comfy beds and was very clean. The communal kitchen was well stocked! It was central, 2 minutes walk away from the train station and nice restaurants

The location of the apartment was good - close to Roma Termini train station. Alessia was an excellent communicator. For the price paid I expected more in terms of the room, which was perfectly adequate.... a fridge was a bonus. The communal room with tea coffee and breakfast snacks was a bonus too.

Very nice and clean apartments with large rooms and fantastic air conditioning. Great central location , only 5 minutes walk from Termini. What a brilliant idea with 24 hrs access to a snack selection: fruits, cakes, cookies, bread, cheese,ham, salami ..plenty juices, milk also plant. Great place for family too, also not so noisy( even for Rome central area ). Our infant had plenty of space to play. Baby crib was clean and in great condition. Staff response with in minutes! Definitely 10 out of 10. We highly recommend it!

The location is great, very close to the main train station, but in a relatively quiet area. The self-check-in process was easy and Verna was very helpful. The room has everything we need and a spacious bathroom. The common cuisine offers everything for a great breakfast to start the day. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was great!
