As soon as I met Luca and walked through the door, I felt at home. The apartment was fantastic, had everything you need, was in a fantastic location, close to everything. Train, bus, tram, sites, restaurants, and a great supermarket all within walking distance. The apartment itself was great, washing machine, clothes lines, clothes horse, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, hair-dryer, 2 toilets - this being very handy as it also acts as a second bathroom to get ready. Air con in both the lounge and bedroom. It was so hot in Rome, I was thankful for the beautiful cool apartment. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. I think it was a memory foam mattress, my body just sank into it. I loved it. The lift had old world charm, looked art deco. It was great, especially as we were on the 5th floor. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. If ever I'm back in Rome, I will definitely be staying there again.

The owner Luca was waiting for us, he showed us everything in the flat. He offered support during our stay. He was nice. The flat is after renovation. Two toilets are perfect. You have there all you can need. We appreciate cafe and tee, juice, jam, olive oil, napkins, etc. towels extra. The kitchen is well-equipped. Good location, 2min to Metro. 5min from Termini station.

Very big and clean apartment, lovely little touches like sweets, teabags, juice in fridge, jam, toasts. Great facilities including washing machine, air con, 2 bathrooms, iron and board, balcony. Perfect location, 20 mins walk to colloseum and 5 mins walk to bus stop, lots of pharmacies and supermarkets.

The apartment is spacious, very well done inside, and has everything that you may need. The host is very accommodating and easy going. Both rooms have aircons, which was excellent in the July's.heat. Definitely 10/10.

Centrally located, spacious and comfortable. Host was amazing. The property was booked for my 3 adult children who were arriving late at night on an overseas flight. The host was fantastic in waiting for them to arrive and then checking them in etc.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean, it has a lot of space and all the essentials that you need, even a coffe and bread with nutella and jam. The host is very friendly, helpful and communicative. Something to mention about the host, Luca even let us leave the luggage on the last day until our flight. If i go to Rome again, this is the place i’ll book again.
