Fantastic location. Staff really helpful. We stayed in the building opposite the hotel. Air con didn't work so in the height of summer it wouldn't be comfortable as unable to open widows as on main road. Would stay again but basic facilities.

The room was great for a couple, it had everything that you need. The location was excellent and it really set up the mood for our whole trip. Mikaela and all of the staff were very helpful. Also, it was nice that everyday a cleaning lady came in.

Location easy to access near attractions, staff availability after hours and anytime needed, we appreciate the kindness, clean room, quiet place.

The location was perfect. You can travel to central Rome with all the touristy spots and also walk to the Vatican. It's close to 2 bus stops, so getting to other areas is accessible.

Very convenient location close to the hop on hop off bus, Vatican, St Peter’s basilica, and Castel D’angelo. Good coffee across the road. Responsive and helpful host who were happy to help with anything and book transport for transfers.

The power was off for one night but otherwise, was a perfect location and a nice place to sleep.

I think this property is under-rated, it should be 8-9 stars. The location couldn't be better, 15 minutes to Trevi and Pantheon, 15 minutes to Vatican, 30 minutes to Colosseum. It was very clear and the bed is great. The host answers very quickly and is very helpful. I mean, it's not a 5-star hotel, but I think for Rome (which is a super touristic and expnsive city) it is a great quality for the price
