Everything was amazing. The room, the staff. Especially the staff at desk. I was upgraded for my birthday. They are so nice. I’ll never forget the experience. I also like the location of the hotel. I felt safe even at night while reaching to hotel alone.

Everything is good. Nevertheless the hotel doesn’t look like 5 stars, quite old and modest, it’s flawless clean and comfortably warm. The staff is very polite and professional. Big thanks to waiters. Price for hotel in this location is more than fair. If you want something really 5-stars posh it’s not your place. Hotel is okay but it feels rather like 4 or 3 stars.

I had a great time staying in this hotel. When I checked in there was a problem with my room and the staff at the reception solved it i les than 5 minutes. The room was great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the choices available. This is a very good 4-star hotel. Some attention to details would make it a 5. For example, almost all the breakfast bowls for fruit and muesli were chipped. Things like that.

The location is very good (10-20 walk to the main attractions of Rome) and the breakfast was very good.

We really enjoyed our stayin La Griffe. We had a ride organized from the airport, included in the price of the hotel, which was great to have someone wait for us and make thing easier. The hotel itself is very clean, the room was warm (we were in December), it was of decent size and the bed was comfortable. Bedsheets and towels were changed daily. We had breakfast in the morning as part of the arrangement and it was delicious, plenty to choose from and quite tasty and fresh. As far as the hotel staff goes, everyone was really friendly, all spoke English very well and were polite. I would have to single out a receptionist called Patricio. Major shout out to him. During our stay, when we arrived, the first room that we got was quite stuffy, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and it was a duplex, and seeing as I am six months pregnant, going up amd down the stairs doesn’t sit well with me. Also we shared a terrace with the room next to us, which the occupants used for smoking, again not ideal for us. I went down to explain the situation at the reception and Patricio was full of understanding, took care of the lot and transfer us to another room immediately. Sometimes it’s the just people doing the right thing to do that makes all the difference!

Very good location on via Nazionale with multiple shops, very close to Republic Square. Good comfortable rooms with all needed facilities including kettle, tea & coffee, slippers. Good breakfast included (served eith really tasty youghurt), breakfast cafe is on the 9th floor with beautiful city view. Reception and breakfast restraint staff are really nice and helpful .
