Wonderful! Fabrizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay! He lives just next door and was easily reachable for us whenever we needed help. The apartment was very clean, everything shown in the pictures was exactly there in real life, the living room was really cosy to chill in in the evenings and we were very glad to have a washing machine and a parking space in the yard. For those who come to Rome by car as we did - there is a gas station about 2 minutes away.There is a bus station directly in front of the house which made getting to the metro really easy. It's between 30 to 60 minutes to reach top sightseeing points but that was totally fine. We are a family who cooks from scratch even on holidays and while we would have been happy with a little bit more kitchen equipment we were totally fine with what was provided. The bedrooms are light and cosy, there is a big wardobe in one of them, easily enough space to hang and fold all your clothes. The little outdoor space came with a clothes horse which you can put under a roof so your clothes can dry in a safe space while you explore town! Even though the property is directly next to a huge street we did not hear the traffic even with the windows open! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend Fabrizio and his apartment and should we visit Rome again we will gladly book with him again!

Fabrizio was the perfect host. He met us on arrival and showed us around the accommodation. Gave us lots of great valuable information for our visit to Rome. He also helped us to arrange an amazing restaurant on our first night when we arrived and then we went back again on our last night as we loved it so much. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful and meets all your needs. Little touches like coffee and some snacks left for us.
