The location, we were close to the train station and walking distance to some of sights we hadnt seen before.

The building is only 5 minutes walk from Termini station and very easy to find. It's on the 5th floor but there is a lift. The room was large, spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable. The room has a fridge as well as air con, tv. Very friendly and helpful man on reception. Free bottles of water in the room which was a very nice touch.

Our houst/ receptionist was extremely helpfull. I had doubt about this hotel, but now i know if i ever come back i would definitely go back to the same place. The place was clean. Outside the room looks bad but then again all buildings looks old in the area. But the stay was definitely comfortable and clean. We just want to say thank you.
