The location is fantastic, so central but peaceful. It gets a bit noisy from the street but overall, great. The staff is very responsive and there's a way to access the building automatically if they're not there. The shower was AMAZING but the floor gets a bit wet around it since it's directly next to the bed. The bed however was so comfy and the apartment was spotless clean. The green wall is a bit of a choice if you ask me (I'm an interior designer geek 🤓) but the lights are awesome and you can adjust them to any mood you'd like.

Great location, within walking distance to termini (10min), colosseum (10min). Surrounded by coffee shops, grocery shop just 3min walk. Easy access anywhere you want to go: 6 stops to Vatican City by Metro Line A from Termini towards Battistini.

Johny , the receptionist , wss friedly , and gave us all information we need about Rome. The room was clean,quite , the bath was bigg and it was like a rock !!!. The beds were perfect !!!. The location of the room is perfect. The bus station and the metro were near !!!

Location was great. Easy link to the main train station and metro. Super close to the landmarks. Bed was super comfy. The experience entering the hotel was unique and felt authentic. Like you lived in a small slice of Italian lifestyle. After making contact with the receptionist via WhatsApp (as there is no receptionist at your stay at all) he was very helpful and good with the communication when needed. Not overbearing but good when things needed to be done.

Nice decorated clean room located near a metro station and in a walking distance from Termini Station. We stayed for one night and it was a convenient solution. The manager Jhonny was friendly and extremely helpful and even let us store our luggage there before checking in.
