Location is really the best! Near a lot of delicious cafes and termini station is hide behind other buildings so the location is private and convenient.

Clean room very close to Roma Termini railway station, at a fair price. It was a perfect solution for my needs as I had to reach the Viminale, which is very close to the hotel.

Best budget stay near Termini in the last 8 yrs. Every day cleaning, new towels, clean and safe surroundings (pzza Independenzza).Bit noisy but that s the fault of some guests.

The hotel is in a good location. Near Termini metro station 5 minutes walk. The room is spacious, there are 2 glasses, 2 plates, knife, no spoons in the room, it’s like a studio kitchen. Room was cleaned every day, bed was clean, towels were changed every day. Finding the entrance to the building is quite easy, a huge high door is located between the Pizzeria and the Scooter rent, there is no sign on the door. Hassan at the reception, a very good person, showed and explained everything. The elevator/lift is authentic, just a historical elevator, I liked it. I found out from the owner that there are no slippers and brought them with me. Toilet and shower are located outside the room, you have to leave the room and walk along the common corridor, you need slippers. The most important thing is soundproofing, all the neighbors in the rooms seem to be talking in your room, you can hear everything perfectly, all the love passions ooh and aah, who is in the toilet and who is just talking.

Really nice and friendly staff implementing an easy check-in & check-out process. The room was perfect for a few nights in Rome - the mini fridge was handy to have. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure of the shower was incredible. Location is perfect if coming from the train station.
