First and foremost, the staff was very welcoming. We book hotels in Rome every now and then to have a “staycation” and no matter how nice a hotel is, rude personnel will always lose business. This was not the case. Good staff, appreciate the playroom for kids, nice gym. Plus, always appreciate a hotel that can Give free water and bedroom slippers! Generous.

overall in our 5 nights stay was good. we had a problem wicht the TV that was solved by technical team really fast. breakfast is good.

Hotel is gated and has a great parking spot lower level. Quiet as it is away from the city traffic.
