The breakfast was nice, with delicious croissants and cakes. The location was more than perfect, less than 3 minutes to the station. The staff are helpful and kind. The only drawback I would say was the small size of the toilet, but of course, you can live with that. But it was clean, and the room was clean. All the comments that you will read here about this hotel are not true at all and are unfair. People are exaggerating. If I come to Rome again, I will definitely stay at Villa delle Rose.

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Around the corner of Termini train station on a not too busy street. Good price/quality. Clean.

Very good hotel, pleasant stuff. There is a nice terrace in front of the hotel. Very close to the Rome Termini, where are many shops, cafes and, most importantly, transport- buses, subway, trains to many directions.

Traditional style hotel with some original features. Close to Rome Termini station and some restaurants. Buffet breakfast was good value for money.

Location is good as very close to Termini Station. All the staff of the hotel are very hospitable. Lovely building with a nice patio area for sitting.

A lovely family owned hotel. We really felt welcomed by staff and they were always available to help us. Located close to the termini station and very easy to locate.
