The location of the hotel is in a top location. There are destinations very close by that you can visit without having to use a tour guide.

The location was excellent. I should've picked this hotel when we first arrived in May! Easy walk from Rome Termini with plenty of dining options nearby. Good breakfast options which included muesli.

Room was small and functional for my use. I was up and out every day till late. Cleaned daily with fresh towels to top cleanliness, the fridge in the room is a nice touch, I left some water in so it was nice and cold after a day walking. The TV worked to catch up on the Euros. Bathroom clean and spotless. Air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was a nice continental, with a great assistant on hand to welcome you. Dining in the courtyard just before a busy day. The owners are nice to chat too, friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Clean, disent, good for 2-3 days, we used it just to sleep over as we were mainly outside exploring rome.
