Everybody at the hotel, from staff to the hotel manager, was so kind and friendly. They always offered us something to drink, even when we had already checked out and came back to collect our luggage to leave Rome. We were even offered an umbrella on a rainy day. The cleaning lady cleaned the room like a mom rather than a hotel employee. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise as well. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. There was enough room for the luggages. Everybody did everything they can to make us feel welcome. This is a rare experience for us. I would stay here again if I come to Rome again.

The hotel was fantastic, we stayed for 4 days and the best part was that after each day you had the pleasure of sleeping in a clean, quiet place and very close to the colosseum where everything could be reached on foot. The staff was very very good, especially Karlo, who explained everything about Rome, every place we should visit and the traditional restaurants of Rome.

Friendly, welcoming staff, willing to hep and always with a smile. Fransesco and Alexandros were super helpful and made us feel really very comfortable. Room was spacious, warm and very clean. Fresh towels every second day. Tasty Italian breakfast with great espresso coffee. In a walk distance from Colosseo and a bus station just outside the hotel.

The property is located off a main road within 10 minutes walking distance of the colosseum. Great friendly staff, very accommodating! They attended promptly to our requests and we had some good conversations. The rooms itself was spacious with an ensuite bathroom, very modern look and feel.

The staff were amazing so friendly and so helpful. They showed us all the sights and give us a map as soon as we arrived. They couldn’t do enough for us and really made our stay.

I liked the warm welcome from the night duty receptionist The breakfast was good for the price with a limited choice but everything very fresh. The coffee was excellent.

The room was clean and modern, and the location was excellent—just an 18-minute walk to the Colosseum. The service was very good, and the staff was extremely friendly.

The room is big, the balcony is lovely. And contrary to other reviews Wifi works PERFECTLY! And the staff are also super nice and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay!
