Dell “Good value comfortable budget friendly hotel”

Good value for money. Rooms seem to be recently refurbished. Safe was small not laptop friendly. Bed was comfortable. Location good. Penultimate day of stay no bath towel provided so used the small towel provided. One member of our group had to request soap as not replenished. Other than those minor issues I would stay again.

We got upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival which was a great valentines present for me a my partner, it was modern style, white finish with a huge bed, Samsung curved TV and a beautiful selection of lighting

Very good location of the hotel, close to the railway station, metro station, bus station. It's great that there is a lift to get up to the 4th floor quickly. The size of the room is good. We were very pleased with the mini fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable, big enough, we were comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. On check in we were given a full itinerary to explore the city with recommendations which were very helpful. Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the restaurant, but we will be back and make up for it then. The room was cleaned and tidied up every day.
