Staff were nice. The young lady on the reception was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, even though the room was somewhat small. There's a nice trattoria across the road. Very close to Termini. Security is tight so you can be confident your possessions are safe if you go out.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You walk 400 meters from Roma Termini Station and you have arrived at the hotel. The hotel is quiet, good and helpful staff, good beds and everything is well cleaned.

The staff was beyond amazing and helpful really gave a pleasant experience, they even kept our luggage before checking in. The room was very nice and clean. We were not expecting such a quality room for such a price.

The location is excellent - just 1 minute far from the Termini station. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, bars, markets etc. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, good air conditioning, coffee machine in the room and provided with coffee and tea. A minibar is provided as well. Not all staff is very polite. Andrea, who is working there is a very helpful and kind person, he is ready to help you in any case.
