The staff was friendly and helped us out when we requested things. The location is near to the station termini in rome. The room service came every day and the room was always clean

Excellent reception staff. Very helpful and friendly. Beautiful piano music in the lobby bar. Hotel is close to metro station for easy access to the rest of the city. Unheated outdoor pool which would be great in warmer months. Small basic gym available.

located on a quiet street, although there was noises from the hotel's bar/restaurant on the first night but we generally had quiet nights. the hotel is relatively in the city centre and the metro station is 5-mins walk.

We stayed in the suite with the hottub in the room. It was really something different and so lovely. Loved the main bar and piano, the pool outside was lovely had it have been slightly warmer weather. Great rooms and lovely lighting in the corridors and rooms.

Friendly staff, lovely facilities. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Would recommend and would stay there again. The spa is 5* clean facilities, lovely treatments, so peaceful and relaxing. Could not fault anything from our stay

Location was very good, it was close to Castro Pretorio metro so it was very easy to get around the city, also only a 20 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. All the staff very nice and they let us leave our luggage there on our final day while we waited for the flight. There was always somebody at the desk and they always greeted you as you pass.

The bar and restaurant space is beautiful. The pianist playing in the evening created a wonderful ambience. The staff on the reception were very helpful.

I liked the location, the helpful and professional staff, The hotel is always clean, the service and the food in the restaurant is really good, we didn’t get the chance to use all the facilities at the hotel but I have seen people leaving happy with big smile on their faces. We recommend it with a big smile 😀
